Yes, the first meeting serves to assess your needs and determine how our firm can help you. It’s a no-obligation, no-pressure meeting: the aim is simply to understand your situation and offer you appropriate solutions. You leave with a clear vision of what we can do for you, and a transparent estimate of fees.
What is our response time?
We respond to all requests within one working day, often the same day. During tax season, the volume of messages is higher, but each request is treated with care. For tax or accounting emergencies, please indicate this in your message – we’ll prioritize your file.
Do you offer remote consultations?
Yes, thanks to cloud accounting and secure collaboration tools, we work with customers all over Quebec. Meetings are easily conducted by videoconference, with the same level of efficiency and confidentiality as in person. You have access to our CPAs regardless of distance.
